These apple twigs are from a pesticide FREE tree and surrounding area. I personally scrubbed, boiled and baked these twigs and I can quarantee that your chinchilla will LOVE them.
To answer some questions I've received about my apple wood I thought I would give some more details about this wood. It is from my Grandmother's property which is NOT in a city and there is no chance of it being contaminated from city smog, spraying etc. The surrounding area is safe as well, as my Grandmother owns a large property. This wood is from southern Ontario and I cut it myself from the tree. I scrub each piece of wood, boil for at least one hour and bake anywhere from 2 hours to 6 plus hours depending on the size of wood.
I store my wood in paper bags so their is no chance of moisture.
Limited quanties are available but I will try to get some larger pieces for toys done up soon.
