Please include the product name, size and quantities you would like. Also, please indicate if you would like your order shipped or if you would like to pick it up. I am located in Mississauga at the QEW and Winston Churchill.
If you would like to have your order shipped please include your address so I can reply with the amount due including shipping and any taxes that might apply. At this time I charge actual shipping amounts and no handling fee. I'm using recycled boxes to keep costs low for you. Please remember that it's not only your merchandise that counts towards the weight when figuring out shipping totals. The packing materials also have to be taken into consideration. I will ship worldwide but please note that Canada Post rates can be high. I do take the bus and therefore sometimes I just can't take a HUGE box with me and have to wait for a ride. If the order is really big I may have to split it into two boxes.
NOTE: Canada Post puts only the rate on the sticker that will be on your package. That does not include tax and their fuel surcharge. So when you get your item don't think I'm over charging you on shipping. I only charge actual shipping amounts.
If you would like to pick up your order just let me know when you would like to do so, I do work full time and I have to work around my working hours. As well, I would appreciate an approximate time and please understand that I will not do late night pick ups. I am willing to work around schedules but I will not do pickups past 9pm.
If the item is out of stock or being ordered I will let you know.
NOTE: IF you want an item that I don't normally carry I may ask for a deposit. On items that I make (fleece liners, etc) no payment up front is needed. I just don't want to end up stuck with an item that may not sell and I end up losing money on it.
I will accept the following types of payment: Email money transfer (My favourite!), Paypal, money order, cash if picking up. NO PERSONAL CHEQUES!!
Ontario residents: PST is payable on all items unless exempt under provincial guidelines.
All orders will be shipped through Canada Post. After payment is received I will get your order out within 5 days. If you are paying via paypal it takes 4 days for the money to get into my bank account and I will ship your item when payment is in my bank account. I will email you with the tracking number as your confirmation that your order has been shipped.
